Mucking around with needles

Well I did something this weekend that I wouldn't have dreamed of 12 months ago.  I cranked out a couple of softies after receiving two books from Aranzi Aronzo.  I think I'll keep the warumono (black one) for myself, and the rabbit is for a baby born last week.P7300022

It's been really great to sew again - I have two machines, and both have been out of action for a while.  Both came back from the shop on Saturday.  I made a bag and small pouch for a friend of mine as well.

I'm still trying to figure out how to format this thing!

On the knitting front I do have a number of W.I.P's, but nothing photoworthy really at the moment.  How many pictures of hour glass sweaters in progress have you seen already???

Cute softies. Mind if I nab the image for Crafting Japanese (www.craftlog.org/craftingjapanese)?
